The app automatically identifies the played chanter note or drone note through the device's microphone input, displaying sharpness or flatness indications on the gauge for quick adjustments toward optimal sound quality.
Multiple chanter tuning schemes are available for customization, along with an optional high-contrast theme for outdoor visibility.
